Randonneuring (also known as Audax in the UK, Australia and Brazil) is a long-distance cycling sport with its origins in audax cycling. In randonneuring, riders attempt courses of 200 km or more, passing through predetermined "controls" (checkpoints). Riders aim to complete the course within specified time limits, and receive equal recognition regardless of their finishing order. Riders may travel in groups or alone as they wish, and are expected to be self-sufficient between controls. A randonneuring event is called a randonnée or brevet, and a rider who has completed a 200 km event is called a randonneur.[1][2] The international governing body for randonneuring is Audax Club Parisien (ACP), which works with other randonneuring organisations worldwide through Les Randonneurs Mondiaux (RM). Randonneuring is popular in France, and has a following in the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Australia, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Ireland, India, Indonesia, Korea, Japan and Malaysia.

By registering for any event hosted by ChainRush.in, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a fair, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

1. Participant Conduct

Participants must behave courteously and respectfully at all times.
Respect for fellow participants, volunteers, event organizers, and the community is mandatory.
Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by event organizers, whether via the website, email, or at the event venue.

2. Adherence to Event Rules

Each event may have specific rules listed on the event details page or FAQs. Participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with those.
Any form of cheating, rule manipulation, or violation will lead to disqualification.

3. Unsportsmanlike Behavior

Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to abusive, harassing, insulting, or offensive behavior (verbal, written, or physical), is strictly prohibited.
ChainRush.in reserves the right to remove any participant violating this code of conduct from the event without refund.

4. Activity Data Submission

For virtual events, participants must submit valid GPS-based activity data (via supported platforms like Strava) to be considered for event completion and leaderboard standings.
Participants must submit their data within 10 calendar days of the activity date. Late submissions will not be accepted.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure timely and accurate data upload.

5. Honest Data Reporting

Participants must submit only their own genuine activity data.
Uploading or claiming another participant's GPS data, even with consent or co-participation, is strictly prohibited.
Any fraudulent or suspicious data will result in disqualification and potential banning from future events.

6. Acknowledgement of Risks

Participants acknowledge that cycling and endurance activities carry inherent risks, including injury or accident.
By registering, participants confirm they are physically fit and responsible for their health and safety during the event.
ChainRush.in and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising during participation.

7. Use of Personal Data

Participant information (name, city, age group, event statistics) may be displayed publicly on leaderboards or promotional content.
By registering, participants consent to the use of their data for event tracking, communication

8. Event Modifications and Cancellations

ChainRush.in reserves the right to change event details, postpone, or cancel any event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants will be informed via email or the website, and refund or transfer policies (if applicable) will be followed as mentioned on the event page.

9. Disputes and Appeals

Any disputes related to results, data submissions, or conduct must be raised via email to support@chainrush.in within 3 days of leaderboard publication.
The decision of the ChainRush event committee will be final and binding.

10. Agreement

By completing the registration process, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
